The original item I received had some minor flaws, but the store quickly reprinted it, verified it met expectations, and sent it out a replacement. It was excellent customer service and the replacement was dead on.

This man is amazing. He was so patient in helping me understand and get my project done. And he was silly reasonable! He went far, far beyond the call of duty to get my items to me and it was complicated. If you need 3D resin printing done, this is your guy. I really can’t say enough good things about the experience!
